Multi Product Wafer (MPW) Services

GTA MPW (Multi-Product Wafer) program is designed to meet customers' demands for rapid launch and cost reduction. At present, it can be provided at 0.18 μm 1.8v/5v/7-30v BCD, 0.15um 1.8v/5v/7v-40v EPI BCD and 0.15um 1.8v/3.3v/9v/18v HV CMOS process platform.
